La Jolla Mailbox Rentals

I recently came to La Jolla mailbox and met Anita when needing to ship a package that was going to be expensive to ship and also difficult to package up. I had been putting it off until one day I decided to pop in to see if she could help. She absolutely could and did help me and made the activity so much less painful than what I originally thought it would be. She was happy to quote different shipping options for me and even hold my package when I needed to get more information before proceeding. Thank you so much Anita for your kindness and your help. I was telling my husband that it's so rare these days that you can find such personable help and someone willing to treat you like a neighbor.

I appreciate living in a neighborhood where we can walk to run some errands and going to Anita for anything related to shipping/ mailing is walking into a friend's business who always greets you warmly and you know you can count on to get the job done on time and well. I had waited for a credit from a return item, and honestly, she jumped in and tackled the problem directly with the customer service agent from the store to make certain I got credited for the item !!!!

I work on the same street as this business. I cannot tell you how CONVENIENT it is to take care of my mailing errands here. Anita is super friendly and knowledgeable. My other options for mailing are the PB post office or the one in the Village. It's just nuts driving to the one in the downtown village and trying to find parking. And then the line in PB is outrageous at the times I can go. I prefer to come here where it is not crowded and pay a little more for the service and did I mention "CONVENIENCE"?!

Also, I have had to mail some weird things to clients in odd shapes or varying fragility...Anita knows how to package it up for me -- this service I gladly pay for so that I have peace of mind that I am not breaking anything!

great ups store, plenty help, always pleasant and friendly, owner runs a well managed store down to every detail. very impressive and i have been to at least 10 ups stores to do same business with mail box and services. this one is the best of all thanks to the employees and owner!

I have been using La Jolla mailbox personally for the last year. We also use it for our company mail. I know my mail is always in great hands with Anita. The service is top notch, and I never have to worry about having to be around to sign. She is so sweet and always greets with a smile.

She also provides many other services. Location is very convenient, and you can often find parking right out front.
